LIMA prioritizes positive reinforcement and only considers more aversive techniques when absolutely necessary—and only when they are applied thoughtfully, ethically, and with the dog’s well-being at the forefront. This approach fosters trust, communication, and cooperation.

Board and Train Programs
Our Board & Train Program is the most effective way to transform your dog’s behavior and build a foundation for long-term success. Unlike Private Lessons or Day Training, where progress depends heavily on your time and consistency, Board & Train allows your dog to live and learn with professional trainers 24/7 in a highly structured environment.

Day Training Programs
Our Day Training Program offers the best of both worlds: the fun of daycare with the structure of professional training. Unlike traditional daycare—where dogs may spend long hours in kennels or large play groups of 15–20 dogs—our program is more structured, more one-on-one, and more hands-on.
Your dog will spend the day working directly with our trainers in focused sessions, balanced with controlled socialization, enrichment activities, and downtime for recovery. By the end of the day, you’ll pick up a dog who has not only exercised but also made real progress in their training.
Day Training may be ideal if you want to:

Private Lessons
For owners who want to be directly involved in every step of their dog’s training journey. Each lesson is structured, goal-oriented, and hands-on, teaching you how to confidently lead, communicate, and train in real-world settings.
Private training may be ideal if you want to:
Take an active role in your dog’s education
Address specific behavioral issues unique to your home or lifestyle
Build confidence handling your dog outside of a group environment
Receive customized feedback and a training plan tailored to your goals
We also offer in-home sessions within a 25-mile radius of our facility, allowing training to take place right where challenges naturally occur.

Specialty Services
Puppy Foundations Program: Focuses on early socialization, crate and potty training, and the introduction of basic obedience to set puppies up for long-term success.
K9netic Assist Core: Prepares dogs for service work (ESA, Therapy and Service Dogs) through temperament testing, task training, and public access preparation to ensure calm, stable performance.
Placement & Development Program: Provides expert guidance in selecting the right dog through reputable breeders, rescues, and shelters, followed by tailored development plans.
Guardians In Training: Develops confident, obedient, and reliable protection dog training through obedience foundations, decoy work, bite development, and controlled handler training.
