General Policies

1. Vaccination Requirements

  • All dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to the start of any service.

  • All dogs must be on flea and tick preventative while participating in any K9netic Pack service.

2. Health and Wellness

  • Dogs must be free of contagious illnesses or parasites. A health clearance from a veterinarian may be required if there are concerns.

  • Any medical conditions must be disclosed during the intake process.

3. Behavior Disclosure

  • Owners must disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, or behavioral issues to ensure appropriate care and handling.

  • Additional charges may apply for dogs requiring specialized behavior management.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice unless otherwise arranged.

  • Deposits are required to secure training, boarding, or daycare services and are non-refundable but transferable within 6 months.

  • Late payments will incur a 5% fee after 7 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made with accordance to the K9netic Pack Comprehensive Agreement policy section 4.

Refunds and Credits

10. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not issued for partially completed services or unused sessions. Exceptions may be made for documented medical emergencies.

11. Credits

  • Credits for unused services may be applied to future bookings within 6 months.

Liability Waiver

By using K9netic Pack’s services, owners acknowledge that:

  • K9netic Pack is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from pre-existing conditions. conditions, undisclosed behavior issues, or unforeseeable incidents.

  • Every effort will be made to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.

Training Policies

6. Training Expectations

  • Owners are expected to participate in scheduled follow-up sessions for training programs.

  • Consistency at home is essential for training success. Owners will receive guidance and resources to reinforce learned behaviors.

7. Evaluation Process

  • Each dog will undergo an initial evaluation to determine their training level and appropriate program placement.

  • Progress updates will be provided during training.

Boarding Policies

8. Boarding Requirements

  • Boarding clients must provide a sufficient supply of food and medications for the duration of their dog’s stay.

    • Only dog food in its original, manufacturer packaging will be accepted at our facility. We do not accept food in plastic bags, containers, or loose form.

  • Personal items such as bedding or toys are not permitted.

9. Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • Drop-off time is from 9-11am.

  • Pick-up time is from 4-6pm.

    • Late drop offs or pick-ups will incur additional fees.
